osso
I seem to be having problems with my browser remembering that i am actually logged onto the mkivsupras.net forum. Another very noticiable problem is that all the avatars and forum pictures are appearing as broken links, however if i open the pics in a new window i can view them?! Weirdly enough I can see attached thumnails and embedded photos that people have added to a post... (ps. cant see smilies either )

jamesmark
My browser seems to clear all cookies, history etc etc. I always use the stay logged in function and it works untill I switch the laptop off and then I have to log back in. No biggy more things to concern myself with, just thought I would say your not alone.
osso
Weird! everything appears to be back to normal. Had to download CCleaner to clean up the crap stored in cache.. The Delete temp internet files option didnt help.
mawby
http://www.mkivsupras.net is not our default domain, http://www.mkivsupra.net is. If you login with one you will not be logged in against the other.

mawby
Nope never. It's always been http://www.mkivsupra.net with the others used for testing purposes or for people who find our default has been blocked by a proxy server.

mawby
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then login using the remember me option on the http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/ page.
edd_t
yup done all that even reset all my security settings to default. added the site into trusted sites, and shut down the firewall for a little while to see if that was getting in the way. creative
ooo others having problems..... I have one for you too.... Got a virus on the pc at work. took a while to clear it all as it was a right biatch to shift but all is well now except for this site. I can browse everything fine, its when I press the back button on the browser. Most times... not all, the browser is hijacked and I get adverts.. I've run serveral scans with all the AV and stuff like spybot and get nothing back. Done an online scan with trend (showed me the initial virus) and all is clear. It must be something left over from this virus but its strange how it only affects this site! stumped me!
