Shane
Has anyone done this and if so what's involved? Do I need to change the autobox ECU or is it a matter of a direct swap of the gearbox and that's it? What about the TC, mountings, cooler pipes and prop? dini_the_owl
Are you talking about putting the 6spd man into n/a or the tt auto box? for a manual you will need the prop, ecu, diff, half shafts and modification on the g/box speed sensor plug, not sure about the auto though but i suspect it will be similar, you can get the wiring diagram on pdf to check it out. make sure you get the rear gearbox mounting aswell as these are also different. not sure about the cooler pipes but thats not going to be a hard fix anyhow
