Branners
just imagine if it tipped, he would be scarred for life nice blue water, feel like a swim now I thought the same thing, but then thought that you cannot wrap your kids in cotton wool. He has a boyancy aid on and so would float and he no doubt loved the experience. My brother teaches my 5 year old and my 3 year old how to skateboard. They come back with scrapes, bruises and ripped shoes all the time but it makes them realise you get hurt if you fall over. Once my son has learnt to swim he will be going out with his grandad for a sail, and when he can swim properly he will be taught how to canoe. Got to get them away from the telly and doing things. JB Thats how i feel It was dead calm and very little chance of tipping up but if we did he would have been fine in his life jacket. He has to get used to the water as we spend most of our spare time kayaking, surfing, snorkelling or wakeboarding he will get very bored sitting on the beach lol:d:d
flukey-lukey
Thats great Me and my dad used to go kayaking all over the country when it was school holidays. I was only about 13/14 and he was a lot fitter than he is now I used to love it, if I had the spare time I'd probably get back into it
