O2 delivered 2 handsets by mistake - what do I do?

I upgraded my mobile last week and today I had two D900i's delivered by mistake.

When ordering I was told that they'd send the phone in a small pack that goes through the letterbox and a seperate parcel with a charger in. What seems to have happened is they sent me a phone in a small package (with-out a charger) and a phone in a normal box with a charger! All in the same box. Nothing was signed for.

The second phone would be on Ebay now if it weren't for one thing - the invoice in the box lists both phones. One as just a D900i and the other as a D900i Enviro Pack.

They've already produced a bill and I've not been charged for extra phone.

So what would you do with it? Sell it or send it back?

Id send it back. Had the same thing happen with a Blackberry at work. I gave the 2nd handset they sent us to a different person and he promptly got a phone call asking where he got the handset from.

keep it until the next bill, dont open it. if they ask for it, send it back.... if not - stick it on here :D ebay can be a traceable route and a blatant disregard for persoanl privacy ;)

Return it as Gav has suggested at their expense. I'm surprised you even had to ask the question to be honest.

i retract my earlier statement and put the error down to the alcahol i consumed last month. i apologise for any mis-guidance and would like to state the following:

i believe, in my opinion, that you should return the device asap.
