Steve
I am looking at fitting both of the above now i am going single. Is there any other way of fitting these rather than using a sandwich plate? If not which plate do i need? Thanks
merckx
Sump plug for the temp sensor. The Lexus bolt thingy for the pressure sensor, on the later cars they already have this bolt or you can buy a Lexus one or tap the one you already have . A search will reveal all. Steve
Thanks, have found the part number for the Lexus Union Bolt (90401-19008). Is there anywhere that sells the correct sump plug that is pre drilled for a temp sensor?

Steve
http://www.lma-group.com/motorsport/Products/Gauge_Fitting_Parts/gauge_fitting_parts.html Found these, posted by another member, part number - LMA086, cheaper than the Blitz ones
Steve
Think i am gonna be using these gauges to. http://www.spa-uk.co.uk/design/productdetails.asp?product=DG%20201|366 Comes complete with sensors, seems a reasonable price, also saves having 2 gauges aswell Will have to copy and paste the link
merckx
I used the sandwich plate method but I wouldn't do it this way again. The adapter doesn't allow for the filter to screw on very far at all.
Tricky-Ricky
http://www.lma-group.com/motorsport/Products/Gauge_Fitting_Parts/gauge_fitting_parts.html Found these, posted by another member, part number - LMA086, cheaper than the Blitz ones I actually bought one of these, but sent it back, as i feel that they are to fragile for a sump plug adaptor. I have now welded an boss to the sump.
Steve
How do you mean 'fragile' ? Was it quite thin? http://www.blitz-uk.co.uk/ImageViewer-ProductItem-406-1.aspx Was it similar to this or does this look better?
Tricky-Ricky
Difficult to tell from that pic, but the LMA one was brass, and was drilled all the way through, which meant that the wall thickness of the thread that screws into the sump is only 1mm:( so IMO wont take the torque of being done up properly, if the Blitz one is steel it should be a little better even if it is of the same design.
