Oi! :twak: Kind of true though, the tourist board slogan for Christchurch is "Christchurch, where time is pleasant", but we came up with the much more appropriate "Christchurch, where time is borrowed..." :p

Anyone got a manual one round here in Southampton??

 

Need some advice, seen one in Scotland that I like, but need to have a chat with a manual owner if poss.

Sold the bike yesterday, nearly sold my other car too then its spend, spend, spend!!!!

Buells use Harley Davidson engines IIRC and like many Harleys they have a toothed belt instead of chain. I wish other bike manufactures would start doing it; no chain stretching, no oiling, no oil all over the rear wheel every time you use the bike, and they last for practically the life of the bike rather than the few thousand miles that chains do.

Took it to a garage today and said I wanted to tighten the crossmember bolts up... so they fiddled with it a bit and i swear its worse now.

 

I wish I could get under there myself and tighten them up.
