Cheap water injection kits

How effective are these things at cooling the system down? did we ever get any concensous with before and after on det and egt's? Did wez have any data? Looks like a good kit...

I dunno mike, Dan the mapper tells me its a worth while addition but he dont recomend mapping to it incase of pump failure, nossle block etc.

I had it on the old engine but wanted the new pump and tank kit like this, Gamer has it in his car and looks neat:)

get a flow monitor and if it dosent see the right numbers it backs the boost back to wastegate spring

This country NEVER gets hot enough to use water injection. Use a 50/50 meth and mapp it and you might see some numbers.

I know its a holy thread ressurection but its better than starting a new one for the same piece of kit.

Ah but thats on a single turbo. Stock turbo's wound to the max will really benefit from this kit obviously something you'll probably never need That said in the summer when the ambient heat starts to trigger the old knock sensors at your level of boost it may come in uselfu
