silvertt
i went on holiday for 10 days and left the car on the drive went to start it and the idle was lower than normal on cold start 1300 instead of 2000 and then after a minute or so stalled, i re started it and it was ok drives fine but still idles lower? when its warm it now idles at 400 rpm instead of 950 rpm, its a twin turbo if that helps and has a full tank of fuel any ideas? thanks Mark
ardasaliah
change in weather temp?.. the ECU will soon learn to idle again. Give it a good thrash and see if that helps. Mine does this once in a while too
Marco
2000 seems a bit too high to me anyway!
juanchan
2000 seems a bit too high to me anyway! As does the 950 idle when at temperature. I'm sure mine's down nearer 600 when up to temp.
TT-DEK
As does the 950 idle when at temperature. I'm sure mine's down nearer 600 when up to temp. Mine also idles at temp @ 600 ish? On start up revs up to 1300 ish. When warm and down to 600, purrs like a kitten, oops i mean like a tiger, Could be ICV may need a clean out? Mine did a few months ago.
