Guest chris_shirl
Have got a Toyota Supra N/A which has had a Twin Turbo engine fitted although running on a 5 speed box.. Have got the option to purchase a 6 speed box but just wondering about a few things? Firstly how much is this box worth?(Says bearing might be gone on it as its noisy) How easy to fit? Would anything else be required? Would it increase the value of car if so by how much? cheers all

JamieP
This one? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/jza80-supra-6speed-gear-box-GETRAG_W0QQitemZ140106533745QQihZ004QQcategoryZ10428QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Seems pricey to me for a box that sounds like it needs a rebuild:)
gregsupra4
Just finished an NA 5 speed to 6 speed today, below is a list of items you will need other than the Box. 1: TT Flywheel (Plus Flywheel Bolts) 2: TT Clutch ( Plus Cover Plate Bolts) 3: TT Slave Cyl (Including Rod) 4: TT Release Bearing 5: Crankshaft inner bearing 6: TT Clutch Fork and Retainer 7: TT Prop Shaft (Front & Back) 8: TT Diff 9: Reverse light plug (TT and NA are different) Other than that the change over is quite straight forward.
