If it was me ide go for a TT lump conversion, its cheaper, More reliable, and more scope for future power....

Think about it 1.5/2K for good engine including all ancillarys , £400 for a clutch, 1k to fit and set up... (all guestimates)

All that adds up to less than a decent NA-T kit, More reliable too...

To get 400+ the HG will need doing IMO its wasted money unless you want to get more power than the TT lump can produce at BPU..

Just my pennys worth.. :)

hi, did u mean that for a £400 clutch upgrade, the NA 5speed can take the TT lump power? how about BPU?

im going with the TT conversion this summer but cant afford the 6speed conversion at the same time :(

I did a TT upgrade on a NA 5 Speed for Iain2010, Ask him if the box took BPU..... It was a fantastic car.... :D

The prices were over guestimates but in Iains we fitted an uprated RPS clutch..
