Has anyone got pics or detailed instructions on how to fit an apexi induction kit?

I have the standard panel in place and theres a whole load of crap there so don't want to pull of the wrong bits!

Also, how long am i looking at for fitting time? Can i get it done in an evening after work ordo i have to leave off early with this headache i've got coming on? :p

I didn't originally fit that filter so I don't know what to take off, but the support bracket bolts into a hole in the chassis underneath the filter. I've attached a piccy with the hole arrowed. Should also give you an idea of what comes off in order

to fit the filter.
