VIL
Looks like a possible faulty rad cap may be the cause of some of my coolant problems. Any recommendations on what Rad Cap I should look get to replace the Toyota one thats on there at the moment?
Ian C
TRD one - it's cheap, looks nice, and lets the system pressurise to 1.3bar instead of 1.1 bar which means the water holds more heat. -Ian
supRo
Wouldn't a stock one show potential problems earlier? The same thing may happen to all rad caps eventually, but on my old TRD one the black rubber piece fell out! I'm using a power enterprise cap at the momemt. Envy have used this for a few years on their car Cheers
Gaz Walker
We keep the PE rad caps, and TRD in stock. PE is just better VFM - £16. As Ro says, we do use this on our car to great effect. Gaz.
