The main man responsible for fully confirming the provisionally booked days at Andover (3rd and 4th Sept) is on holiday until the 26th of July. There is another possibility of using a similar venue with large expanses of tarmac - this one is near Chertsey (Junc of M3 and M25) Would this be acceptable on the same dates (if available) should the Andover one not be available? The Chertsey location looks okay, although it will be slightly more expensive are around 80 quid per person. Another option is out at Kemble in Gloucestershire (not bad from M4) but this can only be done on a Friday. What does everyone think?
