JustGav
I need to do some work on the heavy punch bag first before I have a fecking heart attack through frustration I'll trade CJ, you can take your frustrations out on an aircompressor and I'll sort out your DSL line... CJ
I have downloaded the latest firmware for the Zoom and saved it as a zip file on my desktop. I have tried to upload that file to the router but it seems to be taking forever so I think i will give that up as a bad job too. Also, i have rung 154 and the voice says I cannot use that service from my number and i have to go through my telephone service provider who is....fecking TT!!!! Oh happy days eh? You do get what you pay for I'm afraid. GF uses TT here and it's horrible. I have to reboot the router fairly frequently. I never thought I'd see the day, but I have been recommending BT Business (btclick?) to clients for a little while now since Demon sent their tech support over to India. BT support, certainly on the business side at least seem to be very good.

You should unzip the file first, and I'd be worried about stopping a firmware flash halfway through
