120 Amp alternator fuse

Disconnect the battery.

Remove the fuse board cover.

Remove 3 bolts (10mm) retaining the fuse board.

Lift the fuse board - underneath, either side of the 120 Amp fuse, remove the bolt (13mm) which is passed through the 120 Amp fuse legs.

Holy thread revival!!!

 

Think this has just happened to me....

 

Went to jump start the Supra this afternoon, dash lights came on once all connected up with the leads, turned the key to start and there was crack noise came from the engine bay and then there was no power at all to the car.

Tried the leads again and nowt.

 

Decided to leave it for another day but after a bit of research have discovered it may be the 120A fuse that has blown.

Anyone else experienced this and had to swap one out?
