Gaz Walker
if you wanted to go the whole hogg id buy a 2nd hand st205 gt4 . remove the engine and place that in the supra a la top secret Thats a bit of a waste of a ST205 though. It would be cheaper just to buy the engine I'm sure! Gaz.
Chris Wilson
if you wanted to go the whole hogg id buy a 2nd hand st205 gt4 . remove the engine and place that in the supra a la top secret The Jap GT championship cars use an engine TOTALLY different to the road car ones, they use the 503E engine. I know of one for sale if anyone wants a 1000 BHP capable 2 litre It even has the original Electromotive ecu with it. Big money I'm afraid. Chris Wilson
Not trying to do CW's carbon man out of work, but I think my mate could knock out a set of carbon doors (and at a push maybe the moulds too) for less than £1900. My mates website is in my sig - he's done doors for other race cars. His composites are not vac-formed/auto-claved though (like F1 composites), he uses the wet layup technique. These are vacced and autoclaved, once i get a working camera I'll post up some pics.
