time for Fletcher and Flintoff to go. bring in Botham, Willis and Boycott as selectors, and then maybe Tom Moody as coach. And the ECB should not say ' we are happy with our coaching as it is' get Shane Warne in, he said he has an affinity for England. No idea why they are happy, we don't win anything these days.

Graveney should go along with Amiss and the other members of the board.

used to be the joke about going out in the adverts on TV to make tea. now the adverts last longer than the England innings.

Warnie as a bowling coach - Need to get that Aussie mentality into the team.

Boycott as a coach + selector - teach them how to play for the country.

Need more ex players like Nassar Hussein, Atherton, Botham, Gatts to play an active role in making decisions.

Flintoff to work on his game

Vaughan as a captain and then Strauss as the Vice Captain (next captain in the making OR COOK)

make sense to me as well. could find some position for Alec Stewart as well.

and the big one, get rid of central contracts, let them play county cricket, even a limited form to get match practice.

i would never have made Flintoff captain, Strauss was the better option, more in the mould of Vaughan. Flintoff needs to concentrate on his game first.

And Mr Peiterson comes across as an arrogant....

Needs to sort it out and be more of a team player. Guy is talented no doubts but the number 4/5 position is a position of a "run machine".

He hasnt proved himself to be worthy of that position yet.

If he was batting for Austrailia, he'd be batting no7
