wkdtime
From what i have read, the Boost controller has to be in manual mode (Boost adjustment by ratio) due to the sequential turbo set up. But my car is in TTC (Parallel mode), so could i just use the auto mode as this is better at maintaining a stable boost level through out all the gears. Jake
(I have a single turbo but) I was told but two different mappers not to use the Auto function as the Manual mode works better.

But the manual mode cant sustain stable boost unless you have speed maps set up. I have no speed maps as i only have the ID3 controller, so i hit 1.1 in second. 1.2 in third and then peaks at 1.35 in 5th. The boost is everywhere. I haven't given the auto function a try yet. My gains are at 5.
Nic
I had the i-color with TTC and wasn't able to use the auto mode, on the i-color you are able to set up speed map though. The Power Meter IDIII is definitely worth getting, as it will allow you to set up the speed map to get max boost through the different gears. Without it you will need to set up the boost for the higher gears. If you need one I supply for £135 including postage.
