SUPRALOOPY Posted November 11, 2006 Share Posted November 11, 2006 waterbase is was it says(will need laquer) water base coat. 2 pack means its a 2 stage mixed paint( paint and catalyst) and is a solid colour not a clear over base. you do not activate base coat as its air drying and thinners based, where as the laquer will ned to be activated and sometimes has a 10% thinner mix, but we don't bother. hope that helps mate.
