Further to my current thread: 'Steering wheel vibrates at 70mph ????', can anyone advise me of the correct tyre pressures? My fronts are 235/40/18 ZR

My rears are 235/35/18 ZR

36 should be fine, I tried 38 found it a bit hard. Why you running larger aspect ratio (smaller diameter) on rear?

well spotted Alan. must be a typo i'd think, i would imagine it would be a wider tyre but with the 35 aspect ratio...i hope!

Hi im a mechanic an just read your statement u really should have wider tyres on the back the mitchelin book at work states that 265's should idealy be on the back just thought id let u know which should give it better grip an looks better in the arches.

like i said before, hopefully this will be a typo as the aspect ratio would be wrong also meaning he has a smaller rolling radius on the back.

I've only had the car a week, these are the tyres that were already on it. What would be better?

What I meant was, what tyre SIZES would be better?
