Dash Rendar
I have been using 1&1 for a long time, but it turns out they're a useless shower of b4stards with useless support and not a great product. After recommendation from a friend, I'm now switching to http://www.sniffhost.net, who seem EXTREMELY competitive. For example, a Business Pro package with 1&1 costs 14.99 a month, while Sniffhost offer pretty much the same package for £25 a *year*. Similarly, 1&1's home package is 4.99 a month, while the Sniffhost equivalent works out to be about 49 *pence* a month. Also, I've emailed sniffhost with a couple of queries while setting up and received responses within a couple of minutes. Bear in mind that they're based in the UK and I emailed them at about 1700 on a Sunday. That's what I call quality service.
