Take the dials apart, remove the needle, drive along with GPS telling you your speed and then replace the needle at roughly the right speed. Or get someone to replace the needle for you, which is probably safer.

 

Or just leave it as it is, and be glad that you have less chance of being caught for speeding! :D

I have the same problem mate. It's a poor speedo conversion no doubt. I use my Road Angel and Sat Nav to measure correct road speed. Of course, it's nice to show ignorant people the speedo reading 0-60 mph in only 4 secs, lovely! (Really of course it's about 5!) ;)
