SuperSupra
Friend of mine has one, not my cup of tea tbh - never like small hatchback cars. Not a bad runner though. Reasonable pick up but doesn't really feel like a 2.0 litre so called 'sporty model' as my friend likes to put it. Reliable enough and pretty spacious too mind. Hope that helps. Nathman
I had a 1997 306 XSI, fantastic car, not amazingly fast, but great fun. Excellent handling, good fuel economy too! I would personally recommend it! I ended up changing it for a 306 S16, 155bhp and go kart handling, best car I ever had:d , but these are quite rare now. These were my two beasties! Brings back memories:)

michael
A friend of mine was into them for a while - he let me borrow his XSi - huge fun! Not massive performance, plastic feel, fragile and a bit dated but get the revs up and chuck it at some bends and you forget all of this. He traded it for a GTi-6 - that was even better. Pig
I had a 306 1.9 d turbo. Highly recommend that! Cheap insurance, great econamy and bullet proof. BTW lower a 306 is a must as they handle like an absolute dream. Can really hurt your back if you hit a bump too fast though!
