I know I need new front discs and am thinking I might as well replace them all. I've got a J-spec with bigger brakes. I just phoned my local Toyota and gave them the numbers Nic posted and was quoted £219 for the full set of (just) discs. This includes 10% discount for asking so seems a pretty good price.
