just recived my apexi intake and envy intake to maf polished pipe and guess what? the flange on the envy pipe dont match the flange on the apexi intake but the apexi intake comes with a pipe but its 2 long for the uk tt so if i cut 2" of the end and get a piece of pipe the right diameter it should fit. does any1 know the diameter of the intake 2 the maf on the uk tt? the apexi pipe diameter is 85mm so if the maf housing is the same size i should b able to get a pipe and join it no probs. with a saving of £80 wich was a complete waste of money

Hi Richy, The flange on pipe definatly mates up with the apexi power intake. I don't have one in front of me but from memory there are eight holes on the power intake and four holes in the flange on the polished pipe if you put the two flanges together and rotate the power intake four of the holes will mate up and four dont. Once you find the four that mate up insert the four bolts provided in the kit and tighten them up.

You then use the silicone pipe and jubilee clips to connect the pipe to the MAF Sensor.

You should have called us at six we were at work until 7.30 we tend to be there most nights. If you want to give me a call in the morning I can talk you through the installation.

Hope that helps

Kevin

leave my smutting mags out of this :innocent: :p

Rich spoke to envy today and it seems that apexi have changed the air filter. So the problem wasnt envys fault, they have sorted the problem and rich is happy with the outcome. There customer service is 100% and he will be purchasing from them again in the future.
