ardasaliah Posted March 15, 2004 Share Posted March 15, 2004 hi, any ideas. The boost gauge on my supra TT reads 0.45-0.5bar (7.2psi) when the 1st turbo kicks in. However when the 2rd turbo kicks in, which you can feel with a kick up the back, the boost gauge rattle frantically around 0.6 bar. this is really anoying me as standard boost is 0.8 bar. The feeling of boost seems fine. i.e a kick aound 4000-5000RMP Is there a problem with the boost gauge. Adam W Posted March 16, 2004 Share Posted March 16, 2004 My greddy gauge came with a little brass orifice that restricted the diameter of the vac line going to the boost sensor under the bonnet.
