imi
Hey all. Need some advice. Have a look at the attached pic, I would like to move the boost gauge to the slot where the clock sits and reinsert the airvent. Now I do have the air-vent, question is, are there any gobbins that sit BEHIND the dash that feed into the air-vent? if so, then does anyone have those.... wkdtime
Are you going to cut around the Clock din so that it can house the 60mm gauge or are you going for a 52mm gauge?
imi
I think this is a 52 mm gauge....the way its fitted at the moment is and you wont believe this....is a LOT OF ELECTRIC TAPE to make it thicker.
Guest mk47
imi just looking at the pic it doesent look like a 52mm because if you look at the glass part of your gauge it seems to be bigger than the clock itself mate
imi
hmm...bugger.... so in that case, I'll probably remove the gauge as I have an AVC-R to keep an eye on boost. how do I go about replacing the air-vent....any gobbins in the back?

wkdtime
Imi i know its because of the hot sun and your missing the cold air from your Air con hitting the left side of your face. i say fight it, winter is round the corner, so leave it where it is. There is a little duct in the back which directs the air but thats about it i think.
