Tourniquet
Nuke the entire country and make the fuckers glow. Scumbags think it's ok to murder and get away with it then why the fuck should our boys and their allies play by rules of engagement ? Those soldiers in the tank being burned in the riot a few months ago and had to run for it should have unloaded on them without a second thought. I feel for our guys with genuine emotion but even though it's not our battle so to speak I guess we're doing the right thing in a round-a-bout way. We mite not be the best at our own sports bless us but if people pick a fight we sure as well kick their arce with the best army in the world. Justin
Steady on guys some racist shit you're posting there. I was in the infantry too and it hurts me when guys go but it ain't a clear cut 'there is the enemy' situation. Also, to reply to what you said Datson ... guys join the army to fight/win battles with honour and not to walk around foreigners streets doing their police work getting picked off wearing a beret with no armour because they are on 'hearts and mind' mission for our government. Ray
Nuke the entire country and make the fuckers glow. What kind of comment is that? Racist prick. Offcourse there are evil and fucked up people who live in Afghanistan, the same can be said for many other places in the world. The majority are normal innocent people going on about their lives and they dont deserve to be taking shit from pricks like you.

stupra
Come on guys, I never posted this thread for people to start rows, everyone has an opinion, but the racial stuff should stay out of it. Its easy to feel hate for the people of the countries we're fighting in, but there are innocent people there to, who just wanna get on with their lives. I posted this thread because i'm proud to have served for my country, an i'm proud of the men an women who do it today, an that the men who have lost their lives for the governments latest venture deserved a mention. Hero's all.
CJ
I agree with you Ray. It is all to easy to castigate a whole nation as rebels and terrorists when in fact, the majority may be peace loving folk. Also Steve, can you explain what a "Raghead" is and why you hate all of them? Am I right in assuming that would be anyone who wears a turban or a keffiyeh? If it is, then that's one hell of a general hatred.
gaz1
yeah its bad but its their job they wanted to do it their the ones who have to live with it. mmmm bit strong mate, most are young guys and do believe they can make a difference, and they do, politicaly sometimes we get into fights with other countrys and them boys have to go, but no one can ever say we have not the best and commited armed forces, although maybe not the best equiped

wkdtime
I have relatives who originate from Afghan, i really didnt like the coments that were made, i know we have lost a soldier there today and my heart goes out to his family and friends (RIP) but the civilians in afghan have lost so much too, i have lost distant relatives there, ive been born and bread here and TBH the comments that were just meade early on in the thread are bang out of order, is one british life worth more than the life of someone in afghan? or iraq? I'd like to say more but dont want to rocket this thread elsewhere. Peace out.
Justin
is one british life worth more than the life of someone in afghan? or iraq? . No mate it is not. I'm British and not into any religion and when I see Iraqi/Afghani/Palestinian/Israeli kids being killed it is the most evil thing on earth. For whatever reason, belief or cause it just needs to bloody stop. All of it!
