MaveriK
Stefano Palazzi, the federal prosecutor at the Italian match-fixing trial, has recommended Juventus, AC Milan, Fiorentina and Lazio be excluded from competing in Serie A next season. He has asked for Juventus to be relegated to at least Serie C, the third tier of the Italian league structure, and handed a six-point penalty and the three remaining clubs to be moved down one level to Serie B. If his recommendations are passed, Milan would commence next season with a three-point penalty while Lazio and Fiorentina would start the Serie B campaign with a deficit of 15 points. Furthermore, Juve's Serie A titles won in 2005 and 2006 would be taken away from them. Liverpool were also linked with the case but it was decided not to punish them as they will be in division 4 in the next few seasons anyway! MARTIN R
If its true, then the punishment fits the crime, but reckon the conference is to good for liverpool:p
