Dave
when i brought my supe all four wheels are the same size i know the rear wheel should be slighty wider .so the back wheels are to far in the wheel well and dont look right so i was thinking of putting 10mm spacers on each of the rear corners will this put extra strain on my wheel bearings ????????????? the previous owner ditched a set of advan 3 spokes in favour of the five spokes that are on now .duh
Rayman
Imo from what ive read its not a good idea, extra stress on bearings, even heard stories of the wheel coming off but then these are rare instances from using spacers, lots of others have probably used them no problem. Much better to buy new wheels. I know its costly, can you not source the same wheel in a wider fitment for your rears or are they no longer made? What wheels are they do you know? gaz1
i certainly would not use them just to make them look better, although i used 3mm ones to clear bigger brakes
Rayman
Look kinda similar to Kahn wheels. Personally id try and find a set of 17" Uk Supe wheels. Sell your ones and you wont be much out of pocket. Just my 2p worth anyway, i know stock isnt everybodys cup of tea but just a thought. Cant believe the original owner put them wheels on in the first place! ChrisSZ
What you need are hub centric spacers if you insist on fitting anything Try these guys http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Wheels-UK or these http://www.srbpower.com/hr/spacers.php
