Guest branny1982
Just been to look at a 1993 red twin turbo auto. its going for £9250, it has a nice kit on it, think im gonna buy it. i looked in th fuse/ relay boxes, i noticed two things- 1. in the nearside(kerbside) fuse box, the 50amp fuse (larger square one) for the ABS was missing. I expected this would give an error on the ABS, but the ABS light went out after a few seconds as usual. Any ideas about this fuse????? 2. In the oppositte side box, where there should be 4 relays/solenoids (i think), the one marked "Trac Cont MTR" was missing. Any ideas why this may be missing???? the "Trac Cont Sol" was there. i did a diagnosis by connecting pin TE1 to E1, when the engine was cold, this cam eout clean. also where the ABS fuse should have been, there was a broken off terminal, will this mean replacing the entire fuse box unit??? if so how much £££???? any help here appreciated guys... Timwildman
I'm not sure about the ones your looking at, but I know there are fuse provisions on my car that dont have fuses fitted. I guess it's for diffrent spec models, or for diffrent markets, i.e. UK or US
Terminator
If you are talking about the small housing on the OS suspension turret, that they are not fuses they are relays and there are only three.
