I do like those Viper stripes Si, Hope you do keep them for a bit so I can see them at future events. Certainly changes the look, but that's probably cos you're used to seeing them on a Viper.

Gasto - agreed mate, maybe next year! (along with a TVR style flip paint job :D )

Well, had a great time as usual! Got back yesterday evening after spending Sunday night in Trouville. I'm knackered today, probably something to do with still being up drinking coctails in a Cuban bar there at 3:30!

I've got some great footage from the bullet cam. We strapped it to my friend's Cerbera on the door pointing at the rear wheel while he drifted it round the Houx annexe roundabout and did a huge burnout on Mad Friday! That was just before the Pirate ship arrived... Honestly, if you think you've seen it all come to Le Mans and be proved wrong. The 911 broke on the way back, with no power getting to the fuse board but was fixed by four blokes who stopped by in a Scooby and happened to be electricians. Nobody got arrested (suprisingly) and we're all still alive, so all is well!

I stopped by the Zytec pit and had a brief chat with Dave on Friday (good to meet you mate). Shame they didn't have much luck in the race.

I'm going to leave the stripes on for a bit this time, so they should still be on for JAE.

Simon, sorry I missed you and Need4Speed on Mad Friday, I arrived just as you left.Got stuck in horrendous traffic and was running a bit late.

Had a great time as well. I love Mad Friday, did a huuuggge burnout at Parking Blue much to the delight of the crowd. There was a guy there dressed in German Police uniform stopping cars, so I stuck the blue light on and ripped it down the road. Managed to prise it off the roof just before an on coming car full of Gendarmes came along.

Discovered a lake nearby where the French go to, full of topless totty. Swimming was refreshing to escape the heat and the scenery was none too bad either! :D

Came back on Monday, ended up chatting to some poor bugger in an M3 who was escorted in by Gendarmes, marched to the cash point. 140 euros and without licence for a year after being clocked at 135mph. Silly boy he got caught.

Most of the drive back was sedate as we were travelling in convoy with our support vehicle but there was the odd spirited moment. A bright yellow Porsche 928 S4 springs to mind going up a hill on the autoroute and kept having to lift off to avoid rear ending him lol! :D And the joys of the tunnel at Rouen and the club fave on the A16 just south of Boulogne.

Roll on next year!:)

You were lucky with the tunnel, when we came back on Monday they had coned the left hand lane off for roadworks, so we had to crawl through. Very dull. I made up for it on the way down with a full bananas fly past with the bullet cam on though! Think I got you on the bullet cam coming the other way on Friday as we left anyway.
