flukey-lukey
ok. ive been to about 15 different garages and none of them will do the laser aligment for me due to not being able to get it on the ramp, the gauge not fitting between the wheel and the wing, or the bumper being too low for the laser to go to the other wheel!!! urgently need this doing and also camber setting up. can anyone recomend anywhere and some settings please? i have 19" wheels and lowered on eibach springs. I live in barnsley but am willing to travel if the job can be done correctly! Thanks in advance, Luke

flukey-lukey
thanks for the info! jim_supra is yours lowered and have an aftermarket bumper on? if so, can you give me the number and/or address for the place you had yours done? not that far for me to travel! b'have, can they cope with lowered cars then? dont want to travel all that way for them to turn me away like this morning, even though it was booked in AND i stated it was low!! A contact number and address would be wicked! thanks again, Luke
jamesmark
i always thought that there was no difference in non lazer allignment and lazer allignment, have you been to kens tyres as he is shit hot and its only £40 to get it done, mines is lowered with eibachs and i got on but did have troble getting the gear on peter at sbits i heard put a bet on with a customer that said that lazer is more accurate, so he bet him to get the allignement done at kens tyres and then take it to a lazer place and see if the lazer allignment could do it any better, and if it did he would give him his money back for both tests, the guy done it and the lazer allignement recorded that it was spot on,so the customer was £100 down lazer allignment is just a waste of money imo

Took almost 2 hours to do mine and a re-torque, only charged £70.
