I live in Germany if you didn't already know that. I'm looking for any club locals interested in getting together for drinks and chats. Besides, it's always nice to see other club members' cars. I'm trying to start making plans now rather than just winding up drunk in a pub with the rest of the crew. I don't know if we're staying in a hotel or on base yet. Is there a decent pub in Lincoln? Dragonlady Posted June 19, 2006 Share Posted June 19, 2006 Nice to see that you eventually recovered from the mussels in France. We are about 10 mins from RAF Waddington and know the place well. Lee with the fast and furious supra also lives in Lincoln, and Mick and Sharon live not too far away, so there are a few of us around. Generally going on: There is a monthly supra meet at Nottingham followed by the awesome cravery at the Bubble Inn and a Jap Meet in Lincoln Re: Good pubs - well you obviously don't know Lincoln yet (sleepy is a word used frequently to discribe it) However I am sure you can convince Ellis (Supra-lads Dad) to show you the delights of Skegness/ Ingamells sometime (Lincolnshires answer to Bush Gardens) But all in all it's not really that bad a place. Unfortunately I may not be able to make this weekend as the Supra is going into the garage for a MOT and some wheel work, also my other car is in for a retest on Saturday morning. However depending what time you are planning to meet up if one of them is roadworthy condition we'll try to join you. Otherwise we'll definately arrange a meet up.
