SupraStar 3000
I know its been discussed a million time before but does anyone know where I can buy good quality mesh with a VERY small diamond weave and whats the best material regarding erosion and rust. I need it for a Doluck bumper and the area required is quite large. Also, I don't have a intercooler, just the standard rad so need the mesh to hide the internals so the smaller the weave the better. All help appreciated
Rayman
Yeh its that stuff you want thats used on Jags i think, ive seen it on here somewhere! Ill try find!
colsoop
Don't go too small, or you will start to affect airflow won't you ? A stainles steel mesh would work well, i can't remember where from though.

nickyboy
Hi mate, Apparently best stuff is from EPS design http://www.espdesign.co.uk/esp.storefront They will do a larger 60x10 sheet for £82 quid or something. Not sure how it compares to the stuff Envy sell.
SupraStar 3000
Thanks guys I'll check your links out. Col, Doubt I'll have a problem as the mouth is so large on the Doluck compared to the standard bumper, even with a small weave

SupraStar 3000
The EPS stuff is great except the weave is to large (7mm) Found some black mesh here: http://www.needforspeed.co.uk/pages/sbv_pn.asp?PartNo=REZ-11973&LineNo=2841000 But is aluminium

SupraStar 3000
Heres the bumper, http://www.munkywurks.com/archives/do-lucksupra.jpg As you can see the air gap is very large and I think considering my cars a NA the small 3/16 will be enough. I really wouldn't want to see any rad or undertray through the mesh.
