ok i have my solicitor on the case now... a formal letter is being sent/emailed tomorrow... im not letting these guys have my money when they have missed so many deadlines and been so rude and lied so much.

 

Francis if they don’t refund you within 30 days then they are breaking the law.

 

also with what the law calls "distance selling" (online selling) you can return your order within 7 days of receiving your goods for a full refund

 

except your return postage

 

they have to be in perfect condition and recorded delivery

 

plus you need to write/email your cancellation.

 

they MUST refund by 28 days

 

i love my sister being a solicitor it has really helped me out in the past to find out my rights in situations like these.

 

I would prefer to be out of pocket than be treated like they have treat people.

Well i have two brand spankng new F1's

 

Thanks to Pro Alloys and Ibrar they really sorted me out and everything was delivered on time this morning.. 930am...

 

he has redstored my faith in finding things to buy online really good price aswell ... cheers

 

only bad thing is .. cars in the spray shop and i still havnt go t my money back from the j*hnstonf**kwits (but thats been looked into)

I was going to use them a few weeks ago, ended up going to my local contact and paying slightly more...Now that I have read the post, glad I didnt go to them.

 

Its one of the main reasons for joining the club, to be notified of shady dealers.
