terribleturner
There's a few of these in place on the M1 on a 40 zone now and i was wondering about going through these on bikes as they only face forwards. I see that some of the traffic cameras (white ones) are facing the other way, would these be used as well to pick up the rear plates do you think?? Rob
I'm pretty sure SPECS need the front plate recorded by the actual camera. There'd be no proof in court that the specs photos could be matched to the traffic monitoring cameras, beyond reasonable doubt.

JohnA
spray it with chain lube (wax-based is best) Then let nature take it's course.
terribleturner
I was following a bike last time and as i slowed he sped up But i didn't fancy taking any chances. Have thought about putting some carefully placed mud on the plate but never heard/thought about the chain lube.
