miko_supra
When you see a copper hiding behind a hill on the side of the road leant over his car with a grey speed gun, does this just indicate a vehicles speed so the T5 down the road can pull you, or does this record information like a stationary camera? SHould hope they pull you over otherwise it's DEFINATELY DEFINATELY about money making. If youre dangerous then he should stop you.
miko_supra
its just i drove past one today, dunno what speed i was doing, but i didnt get pulled, dunno if i can still be done for it. Definatly about money making, speeding is no way as bad as poorley maintained cars and bad driving. but lets not start another discussion like this again. Bobbeh
Usually they'd stop you or have someone up the road to do the same if they're not sitting inside a van.

AlanM
If he has a radar gun he has to stop you and show you the reading (how you can be sure this is your reading and not the guy in front of you is beyond me, could be anybodys speed). Ask for a calibration certificate for the equipment, they have to produce one within 7 days which shows that the equipment was calibrated within the last month. If they have you on video they do not have to stop you. If you get a summons within a month of the "offence" you have to tell them who was driving the car, more than a month and you do not have to tell them as you like me, eveyone drives your Supra and you can't remeber that far back ........... I have been here a few times .........

Otherwise you will receive a NIP which they have to post to you within 14 days?..................
