CJ Posted March 2, 2006 Share Posted March 2, 2006 I have Norton anti virus and System thingy on my PC and afetr installing AVG, I want to delete the Norton things from the comp. If i go into control panel and remove programs, the Norton prgogrammes do not come up with a remove button when highlighted. Do I just go into the program file and delete them from there? I dunno about that avast, I downloaded the Msn Messenger wink pack which I know contains trojans, then ran avast which never found it, deleted it reinstalled AVG, bang it caught them before I installed and wouldnt let me continue. Just about to try that (everything else failed) and it says that I have Norton System works 2003 and that has to be removed before your program can continue.
