thank you alex - it see3ms like it is potentially more worthwhile to go with an uprated item as the prices aren't that far apart. i may look at a custom-made item with a larger capacity just to be on the safe side. thanks all ...

much appreciated alex. what is the conventional wisdom regarding the fluidyne units ? is it really quantifiably better or is it a feel good thing ? are there any other things to bear in mind when looking at a new radiator ?

They have more capacity so should be better...however I think the Koyo rad's might be better still.

 

FWIW - I've not heard anything bad about the Fluidynes, though many were put in after their OEM equivalents reached end of life. So the comparison was not fair. If you see what I mean.

thanks alex - was so busy looking and comparing the pwr n fluidyne ones that i failed to take note of the brand. it does seem like the best fitment/capacity item there. the fans n oil/trans coolers were also interesting ....
