Supradan
I posted a while ago about lack of power below 5000rpm ,a lot of you with n/a supras had the same problem.Well i was pulling out of work today and had not warmed the car up fully and i had to put foot down to nip into a gap in the traffic and car bloody flew up the road so much so i nearly hit the car in front. im guessing that the problem of lack of power is fuel related as car was still on choke has anyone else noticed this? p.s no smart arse jokes about it being an n/a so it would never have any power!! You guys know who you are:p
Mike
I find there is a bit of a performance black spot between about 42-60mph - above and below lots of power... in between (unless your flooring it, from below 40mph) and all the way through, it's flat as a fart... I just use the auto stick a bit more... take OD off if I'm pulling on a motorway with no clear space to "gun it"... and if I'm 40mph or maybe just above, drop it into second (manu)... to get it into the 4k rev area... seems to work for me... dark stranger
ok im new.....should i be driving with the od off or on......what does the manu button do......how do you shift up an down???
Pete
Overdrive is basically a forth gear. When in D it'll keep you in third when OD is OFF. Disabling OD is great to overtake someone as the car drops down a gear first. MANU button enabled then: L = 1st 2 = 2nd D = 3rd / 4th (except if OD off)

Supradan
Does not seem to matter what you do with autobox it has no power below 5k but when it was cold and on choke it felt like a different car much more pull from low revs
