Hi Steve (sorry for the hijack folks)

Apparently the rear arms, they seem to have been on 'back order' for the past two months. Who know what's really going on though.

I think I'll be running off the wastegate at the moment, ~1 bar (unless I decide to get hold of a "girls spring"), just see how it goes really. Maybe if I get a standalone on it I'll wind it up but until I get hold of a 2nd car then reliability comes first, high boost comes second so I'm not going to push the setup flat out for a while. I have plumbed in my boost controller just in case I get bored ;)

That seems way too long. Toyota have a parts hub in Europe which takes 3-5 days to arrive. After that it's from Japan which usually is about 3 weeks. Parts can get lost though, my alternator took 2 1/2 weeks. The first one got 'lost' and the second one arrived, but didn't get picked for distribution so just sat on a shelf for a few days :flame Dev

Chase them up!!

Ian, did you ever get round to testing this out ?

I guess this would prove if running 1.4-1.5 gives you more power than 1.2-1.3bar on your set-up.

Nope. Billing was a washout this year with the daft parking, so I didn't get to the dyno. And it probably won't happen either as the car is off the road with electrical probs at the moment and will be getting some fiddling with once that's sorted out making the test impractical. Someone else will have to try it :) I'll stick to my video'd apexi speedo as evidence.
