Grinding noise

Whilst driving i can feel a slight grinding in the pedals and here a wherring noise i can also feel it through the steering wheel ever so slightly it happens more when i turn, it comes defintly from the front of the car almost like its in the wheel area. when i drive past cars or walls i then here a shatering noise echoing of the deflection Noises are hard to explain.

 

Does anyone know what this could be

So what should i be checking for, them being warn or something else cause it doesnt happen when i apply the brakes

Ended up being that the wheel bearings are screwed, does anyone know what would happen if i was to keep driving with bearings like this and if this is common with these cars

I was told that i have to replace the hubs and seals as well is this right.

And because all supra's are J spec imports in Aus you can only get them from Toyota dealers whom order from Japan and charge a packet (AUS$1780 just for the parts), the lexus ls400 also use the same bearings and stuff as the supra
