terawua
on our roads in this weather !!!!!!!!! cu later......ive already heard/seen 4 soops gona, and 2 m3s !!! in 3 weeks... He's right there have been a few tales of woe in recent days. I have to say I havent driven my supe for about 3 weeks, then to get back in it in this weather is 1) fun 2) a little scary - never had 4th gear wheelspin before so I can see why people have been swapping ends on the road
JohnA
A dealer with convictions for clocking cars is selling a 10 year old car with 14k miles on it? I'd be walking away already. I've seen worse, a plonker dealer near Dartford was trying to tell me that a tatty old (1992) ZX300TT had 10odd K miles, just because he had valeted it. Didn't even bother with dodgy papers, his word is his bond apparently. He looked like he had come straight out of prison. I made my excuses and left, he saw me as a 'timewaster' lol... jonc
Cheers for all your help, many Questions raised and answered and this car was not right (documentation, condition etc (I even found some panel rust!!)):thumbdown. I will continue to look for a decent MkIV (sorry but it will probably be NA). Will let you know how I get on as the club seems really freindly and helpful (must be Toyota owners!)
