camber

Recommended Posts

just fitted springs and new wheels

took it to be aligned at ATS (good set of lads) said alignment was only out by 1mm so not worth bothering with.

but camber as i allready new is a mile out -3 or 4 degrees, but they dont do that told me to use a spirit level and guess, that cant be right surely its more precise than that

think it is -1.5 camber, tried moving the cams but they are solid

any comments appreciated

yeah to right, just meant they were polite

they did the toe and said 1mm out. thought it was supposed to be exact

known camber was out since ripping my hands to bits taking wheel off.

pulled it off road for now

not going anywhere http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=51799

all they have done by the sounds of things is line your front wheels up in relation to the rears which will also be out as you've just lowered it. the four wheel alignment does each corner independently

will ask around for someone reputable ready for it being back on the road,

a local garage did it as well, paid them but as a favour only charged me for front as i had bought tyres off them

wasn't till i got home that i realised they hadn,t charged because they hadnt done
