GeordieSteve
We've just had a director leave/get thrown out the company. We need to keep access to his old mail and still get his new mail but we don't want his name showing up in the global contacts list. I've tried ticking "hide from exchange address lists" but that stops me being able to open his mailbox. Any ideas?
edd_t
are you using delegation to open his mail box? or just simply going to file-open-other users mailbox? id set up delegation on his profile, remebering to make you a publishing editor of his outlook mailbox. then in your outlook open e-mail accounts (outlook 2003) click on change your account, click on more settings - advanced tab - add his mailbox as an additional mailbox. sorted! then hide the from address lists... GeordieSteve
I've given access to his mailbox to a couple of people and we're adding his mailbox as an additional mailbox but as soon as we hide it, we can't add it any more. Will I be able to add it THEN hide it?
