SteveP
I’ve got an RZ TT, the suspension is approximately one inch higher at the front than the rear - is this normal? If not, how would you level the car up for looks to make it look right? The shocks are working fine, has anyone got any suggestions ?
Guest Terry S
yes its normal
Alex
Eibach lowering springs will make it flatter....without lowering it too much.
SteveP
Cheers for the replies - if I went for the springs, would I need to do all four or just the fronts ?

Chiefgroover
Eibach lowering springs will make it flatter....without lowering it too much. Eibach will rattle your teeth after a few months when the struts pump themselves up. been there and done that
Gaz Walker
Teins are much better than the Eibachs, similarly priced but as Chief says the Eibach can be harsh. The best we've ever had are Espilir GT's, £245. They really sort the car out and don't drop it so much (25mm) so its not banging on every speed bump you go over. Regards, Gaz. Terminator
Eibach will rattle your teeth after a few months when the struts pump themselves up. been there and done that Ever since fitting Eibachs I have been waiting for the teeth rattleing ride. I am still waiting:eyebrows: . IMHO the Eibachs, Bilsteins combo, make quite a difference in the cars feel on ther road, much better. I dont mind hard suspension, If I wanted a soft ride I would have bought a UK car. Opps did I say that? Oh what the hell:devil: Someone has to do it while Dude is away. Terminator
I had a few drives in Andy's now Wilson's car, he had Tein and I thnk my car handelled better in the tight bend near home, we use to "drive" round. From what I hear the only wat to improve on that Combo is to use Chris Wilsons set up with revalved billies. When my suspension needs further attention, thats the route I'll take. Guest Terry S
OK I believe the properly revalved JIC's are the best all round combo Phil. The Tein I had were too bouncy at high speed...

Even with the stock 17 rims the car looks flatter and has a better stance on the road. with stock skirts and spats it looks quite low.
Jspec Germany
Mine sits pretty low, is stiff, and handles like a rodeo bull with short legs. Love it. Don't know the brand or type, but I'll post it up this week when I take the wheels off for refurb and new tire fitting.
SteveP
Cheers for the info, has anyone just lowered the front to make it level with the rear ? Is it ok to just to lower the front ?
Alex
Cheers for the info, has anyone just lowered the front to make it level with the rear ? Is it ok to just to lower the front ? no. By a set of 4 springs...you can't buy just 2...they are designed to work together....
SteveP
Cheers, understanding they come in a set of four but wondered if I did buy the four is it ok to just use two and keep two as spares ? Surely if I replace all four springs all I'm doing is lowering the whole car when all I want is the front to be lower to get rid of the inch gap, the rear is ok as it is ?
