Axle Hub noise under 20mph... Trying to solve...

I've had replaced both front lower suspension arms, brake dust sheilds, hub knuckles, oem bearing.

Under 20 mph the car makes a sqeak noise like a forumula E race car, over 20mph the noise disappears and drives as normal...

Car has been back to the garage and they haven't been able to diagnose the issue...

They assume that as the parts were all new that there shouldn't be a lack of grease problem...

I was wondering if it is the rubber bit in the bearing just rubbing at slow speed, hoping it would disappear with use.

Does anyone have suggestion on what to do /check next?

If it makes a difference, UK spec with ABS sensors.
