There's 2 different lengths of spacer. Believe the shorter ones are frontshttps://jza80.mkivsupra.net/imports/2019/10/43.jpg

Disclaimer: I can't remember which way up the spacers go, I think as shown in the picture above is WRONG way up but shows you the different sizes

OK got it all back together again. Wiper seal as above, is in the wrong place though and I am indeed missing those little top hats. Something to correct another time.

Difference wise, the passenger side is has gone from 100mm arch gap to 35mm. Drivers side from 80mm to 25mm. Huge improvement but obvs still a difference.

I noted that the passenger side strut was MUCH more difficult to refit than the drivers side. It's like the arb is putting it under much more tension on that corner. Perhaps related to the height difference?

Correct the collars are upside down in the pic. The wider part has to be at the bottom so that the bump stop can sit on it. These collars do not affect ride height whatsoever. The shorter ones are for the fronts.

Have you checked the fronts are fitted correctly? If one of those has the spring seat upside down it will hold the car up on one side.

A clear picture of all 4 shocks fitted to the car would help.

Both the rear dampers are assembled identically now, had them both apart. I do think it's arb related though. Maybe a bolt was buttoned up when it was under tension and the Bush is seized in place. Deffo not related to the damper or its installation though.

I know that but have you checked the fronts are both assembled correctly? If one of those has the spring seat upside down, that will cause the car to be higher on one side than the other.
