Gap in window weather strip?

On the front passenger side window, i seem to have a gap between the weather strip and the glass - the rubber does not touch the glass when the window is fully up so water can get inside the door. Same on the drivers side but much less and only towards the front of the strip. The glass seems to sit ok in the rubbers seal around the door opening so i dont think glass adjustment is the problem. Anybody else got this problem? Nothing on the door looks bent or out of place.

The door weather strip snaps in with some clips and is held by one screw at each end (which will be corroded and hard to remove), it's possible it's been taken out and not reinstalled properly for the clips to snap back onto the metal of the door.

It was installed ok but for future reference it was the tilt of the glass that was wrong. Can be adjusted easily at the bottom centre of the door.
